Donn Brolin devoted his career to education disadvantaged Americans. His “LifeCentered Career Education” curriculum is being used in hundreds of schools throughout the nation. Donn earned an Associate of Arts Degree from Burlington Junior College in 1956 and was the leading scorer on the 1955-1956 Blackhawks basketball team. He received a Bachelors Degree from Bradley University and a PhD in Special Education and Rehabilitation Psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. At the time of his death in 1996, Donn was visiting professor for handicapped and student education at Cal State – L.A. He was a professor emeritus of educational and counseling psychology at the University of Missouri in Columbia where he taught for twenty years.
