Gary Graham graduated from Burlington High School in 1963 and Burlington Community College in 1965. He earned a BA in History and Political Science from the University of Iowa in 1968. He continued his education with graduate work in City Management and later earned a CLU. Gary has worked in life insurance, owned and managed a country club, and currently is owner and President of LUCO, Inc., a river barge company that operates on the Mississippi and Ohio Rivers. In addition to serving on many public and private boards, Gary is currently the Mayor of O’Fallon, Illinois.
