Mrs. Sally Beaird earned an Associate Degree in Nursing from Southeastern Community College Keokuk Campus in 1973. Starting her Nursing career at Graham Hospital in Keokuk, she was instrumental in the development and implementation of many important and ongoing patient care delivery systems there and at Keokuk Area Hospital. While working, Sally and her husband, Kenneth, raised four children
